I have built my rebrand around cutting through the social media bs… Aka bullshit. Maybe you’re thinking… what does that even mean?
Many social media strategists and managers have fallen into the trap of thinking they have to post at a specific time and follow every single trend to succeed. Somehow, social media experts have decided to dominate the field with bullshit rules that make social media feel impossible to tackle. I take a liberated approach to social media because my philosophy is built on long-term value.
I want to show up in the social media space and say girl, bye to these shitty myths of social media. These myths include the belief that success on social media is solely determined by posting at specific times, following every trend, or gaming the system with SEO tricks. When it comes to algorithms, SEO, and posting rules, we can’t really trick the system, as some people like to try to convince us. I believe in being organic and focusing on connections. Real connections turn into clients. Pleasing an arbitrary algorithm doesn’t do anything for you unless you know how to truly nurture your connections.
Every single business is unique and deserves to be seen and known. There’s no one-size-fits-all strategy in social media, and that’s okay. What’s popular and trendy isn’t always beneficial for every business, and that’s something I understand and strive to combat in the online space.
We keep things real and simple here. I won’t force you to overhaul every part of your social media presence, especially if something works well for you. I’m not going to lie to you. I’m a social media strategist who compares your data to your business goals.
We base our decisions on results. We constantly examine analytics to ensure engagement, impressions, and business goals align. When something works well for your overall goals, we keep it—even if it’s an approach that isn’t successful for another brand! When we need to make changes, we take an approach that statistically should do better for you.
You’re trusting me to avoid falling for trendy advice that will last five seconds – which is why I require a minimum of 3 months of working with me. I want you to see that good things really do take time. I can promise that the time invested is the best thing that you can do.
Your business is more than a fad or a trend. You’re in it to win it for the long haul. Trust me to see you celebrate and come alongside you as you thrive in the internet space!
